Consumer Terms Section D. Notes on the Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have a right of withdrawal.

2. Notice of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us, by a clear statement (such as a letter by mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation should contain your name, address, order or invoice number, order or invoice date and product.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

3. Consequences of the Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notice of your cancellation of this contract. This includes the cost of delivery, except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different delivery method than the best standard delivery we offer. For repayment, we will use the same form of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case you will be charged for this repayment fees.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

5. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For contracts about digital content / goods that are not delivered on a physical data carrier (such as downloads), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to execute the contract, after you had expressly consented  before the expiration of the withdrawal period that we fulfill the contract.

By doing so, you acknowledge that you lose your right to revoke by agreeing prematurely with the start of the contract. The consentence of the beginning and confirmation of the consentence by you takes place at the end of the ordering process on the page "Check order and confirm" (please tick the checkbox query) before sending the order to us.
